As You know Bullying can be considered many ways. One Way of course is Cyber-bullying, but we are not just Talking about Cyber-bullying, we are talking about Plain-old-regular-BULLYING!
Bullying Terms have been taught in school and Children throughout the ages of 10-17, should Know them.

Bystander:
The Bystander is basically the watcher of the bullying. It is either the person who is standing there and doing nothing or The Person who say in the background and got help.
Anti-Bullying Policy:
Anti-Bullying is when a group of People form and try to reduce the amount of bullying.
Cyber-bullying:
Is a way Regular day Bullies use technology to torment others.
Harassement:
Is a way to Alarm, hurt, or abuse someone in Unsolicited ways.
