Dear Members of G.A.Y.S.
Each Time a Member who disobeys Instructions Their will be punishments. In order for that not to happen these are the New Agreement Terms
1. For Every time a Member is Late for a meeting. You will be have 2 points taken away. You will have 3 chances. If Each Chance is Missed your points will be deducted by a number. If there is a reason why You can't come to the next meeting then Please Leave a note or Letter to me.
2. If an Member has an Idea Don't be afraid to say it. First make sure your Idea is thought throughly and makes perfect sense. If not your Idea will not be used in G.A.Y.S. This goes for all members.
3. If an Member has low Points then You will be disqualified from any competition or event. You must Earn your Points as much as possible by contributing. If you don't then You are no Longer in G.A.Y.S.
4. If you do not Participate in the Group. You will be Kicked out of G.A.Y.S.
5. The Meeting place is at ｲяῗՇĶϟ&ʝẘẘ☺ẘ★™
when a meeting is called PLEASE report to his house.
Urgent meetings will take place at Dickweed's house and The Elder Meetings will take place at ♦VєgαѕSкιєѕ♦'s house.
6. Elders are the Mascots, Owners, and Judge. Once a Meeting is called You must report to ♦VєgαѕSкιєѕ♦ room for a run over of G.A.Y.S. plans and Other associated meetings.
7. The Assistant Owner's Job is to Keep in Check with Each Member. The members must Listen to the Owner and must Follow the Rules of what he/she have to say. The Assistant Job is simple and must be followed by he/she and members also.
8. The Judge's Job is to Check if the Assistant Owner is on Duty and to decide on the RIGHT and BEST Idea that benefits our Group. If this Person is not up to task then he/she will be kicked out.
9. Both Mascot's Job is to Keep the Members in Spirit and come up with some Great Idea's to Keep the Group motivated. The Mascot's Pet is to Just look cute and excited.
10. Stay on Topic. If a member changes the Topic that we are discussing then that Person will have to wait. You can't interrupt unless spoken to. So Please don't speak without Permission or If it's important.
11. Humiliation. It doesn't matter If your wrong or right No ones smarter. Keep up the Good work and Follow Orders when Told.
We are trying to change the world. Pico typically.
12. We Judge Behavior, not People. If a member is acting up this not effect all the members but that member itself. Don't carry grudges and take things personally. Remember to respect each other.
13. The Group is the Most Important thing and why we are here together. Us over me. Remember to Respect Each other Gradually and Kindly.
14. Understanding Before Judgement. If you have a Question ask. Make sure you understand all details before Asking.
15. Establish and Honor all Group Decisions. No one Decides till we
all Decided. No member Goes First. Remember Respect those you wished to be respected by.
16. All views Heard. Raise your Hand and Listen with Respect.
17. Learn New Things. Share stories and Ideas that you have for this Group.
18. Withhold Judgement. Gather Information until the Last minute you have. No one decides, until we all decided.
19. Maximum. Only 55 members can Join. Not All People can Join this Group.
20. Honor Group Rules. Silence is Valued and Respect is too.
If these Rules do not matter to you. Then there is no Point of taking part of this Group. Know and Follow Policies and play your Part.
Respect others. Don't Judge or Bully this is not what this group is about. Honor Leaders and Members. And yourself Included.
Take Responsibility in your part, and Keep up the Good Work.
21. Have Fun. Laughs are good and Jokes are great too. No one can take this away from you. Remember You are apart of this Group. So your Family too.
Please Respect and Follow All these Rules. This is the Last post on G.A.Y.S. for now. I want all members to reread this.
